We live-in California and the house is in Indiana. Leigh Holland talked to us and explained to us the process to foreclosure and estate. Leigh had a background in distressed (waiting for foreclosure) properties - she knew the issues confidently. We had a nice house, but she had neccesary little things fixed, and cleaned up and was very excited about it the property. We listed around thanksgiving - so holidays slowed things down, and the interest rates were also becoming a factor. But she didn't chase people, just waited for an offer and then did some very good negotiation so that we ended up better than the listing price, even with just one offer. Very happy and satisfied with outcome. Also very nice to work with when issues/questions came up. Thank you Leigh.
